Cause:
In NativeAzureFileSystem.java: the append method returns
{code}
new FSDataOutputStream(appendStream, statistics)
{code}
instead of something like
{code}
new FSDataOutputStream(appendStream, statistics, appendStream.getInitialLen())
{code}
as in DFSClient.java
