The hadoop-client project excludes commons-httpclient from it's dependencies. I
believe this is wrong, because it's necessary to run LocalJobRunner (e.g.
submit jobs from Eclipse) and manually including it on the classpath from
another location allows the client to succeed without any apparent problems.
I've been unable to determine the original reason for the exclusion.
