When I was cutting the RC for Commons::Net, the TelnetClientTest repeatedly
failed. I tracked this down to the line:

Take a look at the developer's guide in the RC. I added some info on how to
set up the Clover license since I just went through this myself. The
instructions probably aren't complete, but hopefully will be enough to get
you running.
