One note: The binary distributions created by maven usually contain the
htmls for the whole site in their doc subdirectory, not just the API
docs.Would this be worth a thought?

With a note : I like to see a cleanup of issues. Where there is a request for eg a testcase, maybe
just close the issue and if issues (most of the enhancements) could be applicable for this release,
some note on why not added to the current release.
