jakarta-commons and jakarta-commons-sandbox are now locked. The svn migration
is proceeding, and we can expect at least 2-3 hours of downtime. I'll update
the list when the migration is finished.

It takes 3-4 hours to get Commons migrated, we're a bit on the heavy side :)
It's about 50% done right now, so a very rough esimate, about 2 hours
left (currently it's 20:00 EST).
