Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: JELLY-99
    Summary: xml:element breaks maven-xdocs
       Type: Bug

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Major

    Project: jelly
 Components:
             taglib.xml

   Assignee:
   Reporter: David Garnier

    Created: Sat, 13 Dec 2003 2:42 AM
    Updated: Sun, 22 Feb 2004 6:25 PM
Environment: SuSE Linux 8.2, Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build
1.4.1_02-b06), maven 1.0-RC1

Description:
When a <xml:element> is included in a xdoc document, the build fails with a
non-evident error message, which specifies a line number long after the <xml:element>.

It seems that the bug is known since in the site.jsl, we found the following snippet
just before a commented call to <xml:element> .

<!-- FIXME: once someone works out how to stop this breaking
        <x:element name="script"><x:attribute name="type">text/javascript</x:attribute>

I really need this feature to work.

Best Regards,
David Garnier
