I agree. I've committed significant changes to DurationFormatUtils, so
people should check that out.
I'll run through outstanding things again tomorrow if possible, and then we
should consider an RC1.
Its not that all the text package is bad, its just that it needs adding to
and manipulating into

IMHO, release early and release often (a la XP). We could perhaps agree
that version 2.2's main goal would be to release the text package.
