While it's not part of Robert's documents, could you ensure that all
questions in the Commons Net FAQ are answered before a release happens?
There are a couple of unanswered questions there and they're akin to
unhandled bugs I reckon.

I've read the documents that Robert Burrell Donkin has indicated in his email
and am now prepared to serve as release manager for commons-net release
1.2.0.
As detailed in previous messages, this release will introduce the ftp
auto-detection scheme and the ability to designate an ftp parser
Were we going to do a 1.1.1 release or something for the last jdk1.1
compatible release?
Can/Should we release both at the same time?

No. I just use it to build the releases instead of ant and push out
the site.
