setProperty throws exception on null value

Summary: setProperty throws exception on null value
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0 Beta 1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Bean Utilities
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Revision 1.32 of BeanUtils.java added a new condition on line 908 that calls
value.getClass(). Up until this version, one could pass a null as the value,
and the setProperty(...) would not care, now one gets a NullPointerException.
