While fixing docs for bug #35542 I found that docs for pool are a little unaccurate: in GenericKeyedObjectPool maxTotal == 0 also means no limit, so it is not "negative" but "non-positive" for "no limit". Fixing this small "bug" will help to bring docs on dbcp and pool in aligment.
