Right, i agree. Release schedules does not depend on which TLP
transports reside in. Definitely +1 for transports to be a separately
release-able project where ever it is.

releasable as an entities by themselves.
However, a TLP does not correspond to one piece of code. TLP == community
to me. So right now the transports are in the WS TLP but we now can
release them separately. I see no reason that

I am not for, or against Axis2 becoming a TLP, but I am strongly opposed
to moving the transports to within Axis2, as it would make it difficult
to develop and release new versions of them independently of the Axis2

What if I like only ome of them and do not agree with the other?
For example, I'm "ok" with Axis2 moving out, but I'd like to see Axiom,
