Sanka, Which projects need the old org.apache.ws.policy code? Can we get rid of it? Jochen, Depending on Sanka's answer we may need to make 2 modules (see build.xml's 2 targets - one builds neethi-SNAPSHOT.jar with code from org.apache.ws.policy namespace and another builds neethi2.jar with code
