[Commons-l] Commonist is down, backup binary now available

I have tried to build a version from the source code here, but note that the version you talk about is 0.4.27 and what is checked in is 0.3.44 here is the binary I produced, it is having problems uploading, cannot log in. Here is the binary I produced, any help would be appreciated, like a copy
