The reason I'm not using the direct thumb.php route is that it only
accepts thumbnail width, not height. So, an image that is, say,
300x900, will be thumbnailed as 120x360, which is not really pretty in
a row 120px h

I've checked it out with Web Inspector in Safari (ala Firebug in
Firefox) and noticed it tries to load in (one or more times each loop)
an "undefined" thing to url: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/
undefined . This sometimes causes a questionmark-image to appear in
