Just fyi, the link from http://www.apache.org/dev/ doesn't work as it spells
licence the american way whereas the document linked from
http://www.apache.org/foundation/preFAQ.html names the file the english way.

Right then, I don't really want to start another round of endless
discussions so I'll try to keep this short and to the point. Do people want
