Today I have received the 8 assembled FCDEV3B boards from Technotronix,
and I have powered up one of them. Here are the parts that work:
* The power on/off control in the Iota ABB works: pressing the PWON
button causes the green LED to turn on and powers up the Cal

Regarding the flash boot issues, perhaps this is because the particular
model of flash you use takes a bit longer to initialize that other
versions, so it is fully ready the f

I should be able to send you a board with Monday's mail, after I get
all 8 boards to my home lab this coming weekend and make sure that all
8 work to the same extent.
I do have a bench PSU with variable output. I would also try to use battery
option, it may produce slightly different pattern of current when radio is
turned on because it has different internal resistance than a PSU.
