I think that on the topic of resampling OpenMoko should probably look
towards the code that Jean-Marc Valin recently wrote for ALSA instead of
going with libsamplerate. The reason for this is simply that Jean-Marc
Valin code is licensed under the BSD/LGPL license instead of the GPL and
thus kee

Gnash would probably be of no interest to any shipping a commercial
product as the GPL license of it will conflict with enabling mp3 and
flash video support. swfdec is LGPL though so as long as the mp3 and
flash video support comes from external libraries it will be fine.

Reading the documents I found so far on OpenMoko and the upcoming phone
I am wondering what the plans are around Multimedia support.
The stack of OpenMoko do share a lot with Mameo, but nothing is
specified in terms of the multimedia side apart from saying that there
is a 'media play
