Under SHR, I used GPRS without any problems.
Under qtmoko v35, I had no luck. I used the same access data
as for SHR (plus Startup mode: When needed)
at Settings|Internet|Data|New, but when I start a connection
it blinks for some seconds with the message PROVIDER pending,
