Is there a problem if i flash my neo too many times? because i have done
around 20 times in a week time..

Be careful: at this rhythm, your flash will only last ... another 1000
weeks (or maybe 1 if you're lucky).

All,
I had set my Neo aside for a few weeks and on returning to it I'm
unable to flash a new kernel or root file system.
Of course I was previously able to flash. The most recent changes I
can recall involve restoring the Nand uboot as I had installed debian
and wanted to undo the changes t

I got it.
I didn't know that I can flash the NAND when beeing in NOR.
