I suspect something with the TCP/IP stack, which a registry settings
comparison may indeed reveal.
I would strongly suggest you do a diff on the complete registries of the two
servers.

I just wanted to follow-up on this issue with some more information that I
have discovered.
When the server is acting up and rejecting connections and/or emails (either
via POP3 or webmail), if you let it sit for a period of time, then the issue
will resolve itself.
Any suggestions, as I do not t
