I see two problem
Point (b) say that: most member do not care
Point (c) clearly send a message: all those that were
"none of the above" is there for a reason, it in itself is an entity. If it
was not there what would the purpose of voting be if I did not agree with
any of the candidates?
It in its self is a "candidate" and it won.
It is there for a real reason and is perfectly democratic. How else would
