We started first community garden on private land because that is all we
could find. Two years later we moved to public land and this is our
third growing season. Public land is s much better because of
continuity and predictability and long-term improvements to plant beds,
soil and garde

If they are allowing use of the land without financial gain it would be nice
if Good Samaritan laws protected them. I can't sat if they do or not but it
would be nice.
