Mohamed; If you will change to no-till gardening, you will not have any heavy chores. Read Ruth Stout's books [No Work Gardening] and she gardened until she died around 90. There is no digging; just plant and harvest. Children can no-till garden since there is no hard physical work. Ken Hargesheimer
