You may have to talk to the NGA folks directly, because the only place where
I remember seeing gardening as the #1 pastime has been in USA Today type
articles which don't cite any "studies."

I'm searching for an actual citation/study/etc that says that gardening
is the #1 pastime in the United States. This seems to be a well-known
