Netscape is just too memory hungry for 4MB Classic. MacWeb 1.00A3.2 is ok but so slow that it constantly looks like the system has hanged. I haven't tried MacLynx yet. What I'm really looking for is the Holy Grail: a browser like Mosaic that runs on system 6 - There was some talk a while a

I've been trying to surf the web on my 4MB classic running 6.08. The machine is connected to my 4400's modem connection via IPnet Router and LocalTalk Bridge. I thought Samba would be a good bet being text only, but it crashes hard all the time especially if I close all the open browser wi
