[compiz] rotate option: "Zoom only on mouse rotate".

Hi. Some time ago a working patch adding this functionality was available (http://gitweb.compiz-fusion.org/?p=users/3v1n0/compiz-patches;a=summary). It is incompatible with current (git) version of compiz. Are there any chances for adding this option to rotate plugin ? Why wasn't it adde
