It was originally 'Pause', then F12, and now F9. I know the whole
thing with Ctrl-Alt-Up scaling windows and Ctrl-Alt-Down scaling
desktops. I think that we should let wall and plane use Ctrl-Alt-Up
and change scales binding to F9, Pause or F12
