open Thunderbird). Maybe we all think it's (only) triggered by clicking

great news!
Sam chasing this bugger for 8 hours is a great relief for all of us having
regretted the upgrade to natty because of this.
thanx a lot!

The issue does seem to be that the frame is not unmapped. That dead
zone seems to follow the path of the frame. The interior of the
switcher windows where the preview windows appear is still properly
click-able.

So I'm affected too. On a Dell Inspiron 640m with Intel hardware

Natty 64 bit. It happens completely irregularly and is not reproducable
until now. It happens mostly when I'm using a lot programs at the same
time.

@glennric: as you can see in this screenshot
(https://launchpadlibrarian.net/72213698/unclickable.png), it's not only

on the window preview, the corresponding window is focused; the same
happens when the switcher is active
Has anyone else NOT found the test kernel to fix this bug, or am I the

I'm pretty sure this is a FGLRX related issue because I only started
having this issue after installing a Radeon 6870, and therefore
switching to the FGLRX driver. I previously used Natty with an NVidia
9600 GT and the Nvidia binary from the website with mipmapping enabled,
with no problems.
