viewports skips to the right

I place windows on different viewports (1 row, 4 viewports).
I have a startup script that starts a terminal window and places it on viewport
4. Then I use Compiz to place and maximize TweetDeck on Viewport 2.
Randomly, these windows skips a step right (T
This is pretty easily fixed in case anyone is interested, you just
need to premultiply the color values of the rect in the grid plugin by
the alpha value.

My HD has active all the time. When I open htop to check what processes
are running I see that compiz is consuming more 343.1MB of ram.
I had just firefox and htop open. Nothing else.

Looks like compiz 1:0.9.5.0ubuntu5 is good, or it may have been the
equally recent updates to unity/libnux and so on that fixed this issue..

This wasn't the case before recent updates. (attached history.log)
Reproducable after login compiz uses high cpu for ~ 2 sec., together with
aptdaemon and nautilus sums up to about 90 percent.
This doesn't occur after reboot, only after login.
