In order to get focus on desktop it needs conky option
force_to_background, then a left click on conky (not on desktop)

When using unity 2d this problem no longer appears.
I reconfirm the bug for another computer.
I think it is the panel that steals focus (when pressing alt-key, I get
options related to the panel).
Perhaps it is important to note, that i have installed dropbox with the
dropbox icon in the panel..
I upgraded to Precise in hopes that the problem was fixed, but alas...
I'm still affected. Stretching, minimizing and such doesn't make a
difference. I'm using an ATI HD3200 card. Keep up the good work.
