I still use the ppa from Bruno (thanks again Bruno!) and all is fine.
I'm just wondering if it is also in the official ubuntu ppa. Is it?

I think this should be addressed for 12.04, before important games from
Valve start being released. I think that Ubuntu should fix this and
activate "unredirect fullscreen windows" option by default.

OK, i broke it again - mmm then fixed it. So now i know how i rebroke
it before.
I was wanting the dodgy behavior back in unity so i used this dudes
repo: sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ikarosdev/unity-revamped (which
makes dodgy work great) BUT it re-introduces the flashy / flicker bug in
compiz
@arne: systemsettings -> keyboard -> shortcuts -> screenshot.

Cursor position changes relative to window while dragging windows
Old bu but still a problem for me as of today (and the last couple of
years). As I move from versiont o version this "feature" follows me.
I used to have to force quit the ICA process, but thanks to the shortcut
keys in this post for switching view ports I now know how to find the
window again.

The effect is still the same.
The problem is with the animation itself, because it's reversed. It somebody
fixed it, the problem would be solved.
