The App Menu should be in the Title Bar. When the window is maximized
the Title Bar is merged with the panel so the App Menu would naturally
be merged with the panel.

Yeah, quantal is using the upstream expo plugin now. Seems to have lost
all of the custom patches that precise had for expo (although it's
likely those won't work in quantal at all).

I was removing an invalid entry there. This fix for precise is still
queued.

What's also problematic here is that the window maximize preview is not
on the display that the window ends up maximizing to.

1. Put a small display (laptop screen) on the left, and a larger display
