I found a fully working workaround! By installing the Optifine mod you
can choose how the game is going to go into fullscreen mode. To do so
install the mod go to options>video settings>Other and set fullscreen
mode to the desired resolution. Have fun!

In Trusty when I shade a window (Ctrl+Alt+S) it is minimised automatically
leaving. Also when this happens some parts of window decorations are left

I tried to disable "semi-maximize left" by installing compizconfig-
settings-manager
First I tried to disable "put left" action.
Then I tried to disable "tiling" all together.
