can be moved from the Left to the Right Workspace using the right-click
menu from the title bar, but it can't be moved back to the Left

Hover over any elements on a gtk apps making a tooltip appearing.
See that the tooltip is rectangular, containing rounded corner with a gradient.
However, the external part is just plain black and don't have transparency as
expected.
