This is not at all what my bug is about. When dragging the window to the
top of the screen the and releasing the window is resized to the correct
size (planty of space for that) but it is moved to fare to the
System monitor is still being resized to a wider size then the orange
preview on 13.04. It's most noticble if you pull the window to the left
side of the screen.

Ok, it was just that "wasting time on things like Unity" seamed a bit rude an
unnecessary. Pointing out that compiz is needed for good accessibility is an
important note I think.
Do you think we should maybe promote this bug to a paper cut?

Dean negative comments rarely gets positive results. The current
recommendation for users with disabilities is to run the system with out
compiz (not just because of this issue), of cause unfortunate as compiz
can provide desktop zooming witch is of grate help to users that are
impaired vision.

Sorry it was a mistake. I tested it in 10.10 and didn't initially see
it, but retesting it on a white background i see that the issue is still
there.

Travis Watkins: that might be a good alternatve, but then again it might
be annoying for some on who always uses a certen amount of zoom, if they
need to manualy zoom back in once the prompt goes away again.
