[Compiz] [Bug 1002616] [NEW] Window will not maximise to smaller desktop

Public bug reported: If a window is dragged to a display smaller than it to be maximised it will maximise on the larger display instead. This is best explained by the attached images. Follow theses images as steps to replicate this bug. ** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided
