Yes, it does. I have two 11.10 systems, both running metacity. On one,
the shortcut works, and on the other, it doesn't.
You don't see the same shortcut in gnome-control-center?

I switched back to metacity, and it seems to work there, but I don't think
it works with compiz.

- Closing Chromium had no effect, the leak continues at a similar rate
- Switching workspaces seems to make it go faster (but this is hard to
measure objectively)
- Closing Gwibber had no effect
- Closing all open Nautilus windows had no effect

I have this action bound to F2, but after an upgrade to Natty, it no
longer works (pressing F2 does nothing). I tried clearing and restoring
the shortcut in gnome-keybinding-properties, but that didn't change
anything.
