Workaround:
Open up CompizConfig Settings Manager (ccsm). Go to the 'Workarounds'
section - Window stickyness (bottom of General Tab). Select/enable the
checkbox next to 'Make on all desktops windows sticky'.

Any suggestions how to fix that bug?
If i start XBMC (http://xbmc.org/) on logon screen i get 60+ fps
if like Xwindows apps 2-10 fps.
