[unity-2d] I have had a look in System Settings Keyboard Shortcuts
and found that under Navigation, Hide all normal windows had a shortcut
of Ctrl+Alt+D set. However after disabling that shortcut I still find
Ctrl+Alt+D shows the desktop and Super D does not.

You received this bug
Hey Colin, yes I've reproduced this issue in a reasonably clean virtual
machine install. Appears that the keyboard shortcuts are incorrectly
set.
When I set that shortcut to Mod4+D (I'm using a Mac, YMMV) then I get the
desired effect.
Thanks for your investigation, it was very helpful.

@colin-law: I cannot reproduce this issue in Unity-2D. Can you please
check again?

Title:
show the desktop shortcut is Ctrl+Alt+D
I can confirm I still see this in Unity-2D on two machines. Holding down Super
and hitting D does nothing. Ctrl-Alt-D does show the desktop.
If it helps to analyze, if I have nautilus in focus then when I do Super D the
highlight moves to the first item starting with D. If I do Super S it
@colin-law: Thanks for the reply! I've tried your steps to reproduce,
but still fail to see it. Super+D shows my desktop, Crtl+Alt+D does
nothing for me.
By any chance, are you running compiz? Or changed your keybindings? Our
code is quite straightforward for this, we watch for Super+D. We do not
@gerboland: I am definitely running unity-2d and see metacity running and not
compiz.
I am not aware of having mapped any keys and Super 1, 2 etc and s, t work as
expected.
xev for Super D shows:
KeyPress event, serial 33, synthetic NO, window 0x4e1,
root 0xac, subw 0x0, time
My Oneiric does the same in Unity (with Compiz). I have not changed any
keys and this is a clean install after Oneiric was released.

Modified the title as referring to the keybinding it should be might
help in finding duplicates.
** Summary changed:
- show the desktop shortcut is Ctrl+Alt+D again in oneiric
+ show the desktop shortcut is Ctrl+Alt+D again in oneiric (should be Super + D)
