Oneiric 64bit system upgraded to latest (2011-08-18) takes about 1
second to respond to a single keystroke. When typing faster it catches
up, so it seems more like a delay to react to the input. Same happens
wen trying to move a window. The mouse pointer reaches its target and
then the window itself starts to move.
System shows high cpu load on compiz even if doing nothing. Used gfx
card: ATI X1200
