Okay, I think I understand your bug now. Some applications that *should*
have maximize buttons *don't* have maximize buttons. Hulu is one of
them.
Can you get the maximize buttons back by using Unity 2D as your session
instead of 3D?

maximizing bug is introduced in this release. I do no see a maximizing
button o the Hulu App.

Hulu desktop is an application, which when maximized goes to full
screen. This is working correctly in unity-2d but unity prevents this
application to resize and maximize.
