[Computer-go] KGS bot returning to an unfinished game repeatedly

Normally if human escape in the middle of the game, bots will wait 5 min and get a "kgs-game_over" command, then return to the lobby room and get ready for next match. But I find that when there are still observers in the room, the bots will return to this game repeatedly instead of the lobby room.
