Yes, it could. But my tack was that the computer may actually be
booting, but you can't see it. There would be other clues like the
startup .wav and the hdd activity though.

I can't find it a Nvidia's web site nor on Google. There is an Nvidia
Widget, but it seems to involve only Nvidia drivers.
