Anyone else having trouble with updating AVG Free this morning? I am, as

I installed AVG Free 8.0 new on a rebuilt machine, and it took three
tries for the update to work. It finally did but it took a while.

I just checked again and it finally went through OK. It's been down
since 10:00AM. Thanks for the verification. I was getting concerned that
it was internal.

I think it's rather that your computer phones home automatically and finds
out if there is anything new. If so, it downloads and installs it
automatically.
