Get the properties on the icon she is using, make sure it's target is still
iTunes. If not then you fix thatif it is or seems to be, open iTunes
from the actually .exe and not a shortcut and see if you get the same
result.

My wife has two libraries in Itunes. Suddenly, while pressing "shift" and
clicking on the Itunes icon, instead of a window asking which library she
wants to use her My Documents folder opens. She uses a Toshiba laptop with
Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated.
