Don't confuse the published corporate tax rate with the amount of corporate income that ends up actually paid to the IRS - there are thousands of "loopholes" that result in half the US corporations paying no tax at all and the rest paying very little.

Forgot to add; the US Corporate tax rate is 35%, higher than all but a few 3rd world countries in that list,
