        Hi,

DefaultAutoConnectTechnologies main.conf configuration option is used
to enable autoconnect flag on the defined technologies. If the option
is not set, ethernet, wifi and cellular services will have their
autoconnect flag set. The default behavior is thus not changed. Cellular
was not mentioned in the TODO item or the mail, it was found in the
current implementation.

Patch 01 is identical with the one in PreferredTechnologies patch set.
I'll rework this and the PreferredTechnologies wrt the NTP patch set
that also touches main.conf.
