Can you confirm that the Wifi is in online state? Is it a problem for you, if the Wifi keeps the online status, when plugging the Ethernet, which stays in ready state? I also have added an option (f0bd0e8fe578aaf4b5a4f35abbb23e2ad22dd5ee) EnableOnlineToReadyTransition, to manage the loss of connection and keep launching the online test, maybe it will solve your problem.
