Found it. Package manager didn't show it, but readline is in current cooker.

applications. Also where can I find out about real time extensions for
Mandrake, and how do I know if I already have them?

Animated OpenGL scenes show strange flickering (tried some Mesa-demos,
KDE screensaver and VMD). Strange - XFree 4.0.3 was quite okay (but a bit

After I installed XFree86-4.1.0-1mdk I restarted the X server and a
bunch of the fonts were screwed up... I then suspected 'xfs' (the
font server), so I did a '/etc/rc.d/init.d/xfs restart' then
restarted the X server and everything was fine...
