I dumped mandrake's lvm and installed one from http://www.comedia.it/bluca/lvm/ This got lvm back up. Now I have to resolve the fact that cooker installed on the /usr and/var from root and not upgraded from the ones on the lvm. Any warnings or recommendations? I am going to try doing it through r
